We’re so glad you’re here! At Hair Me, we’re all about getting your new look to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s a breakdown on how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if things don’t go quite to plan.

We currently ship to:

  • UK – Free shipping! That’s right—no delivery fees, ever.
  • USA, Canada & Ghana & Nigeria – We ship via DHL Express.

We move fast—just like your lifestyle. Here's when to expect your order:

  • UK: Same day delivery, Next day delivery
  • USA: 1 - 3 working days
  • Canada: 1 - 3 working days
  • Ghana: 3–4 working days
  • Nigeria: 3-4 working days 

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive all tracking information via email and SMS so you can keep an eye on your hair goodies from dispatch to doorstep.

Please note: During peak seasons (like Black Friday or the holidays), delivery may take a little longer—but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Need it ASAP? Same-day delivery is available within the UK for an additional fee. Just drop us a WhatsApp message or DM and we’ll sort it out for you in a flash! 

If you're ordering from outside the UK, your local customs authority might charge additional taxes or duties. These are not included in your Hair Me checkout total and are the responsibility of the customer.

We hope you love your Hair Me products—but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:

  • Hair extensions and hair care products are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
  • If your item is damaged or you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible. Remember! You can contact us via WhatsApp (for a quick response) or email.

Love it? Lock it in early!

Some of our most-wanted items are available for pre-order—which means you can claim yours before it officially drops. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Pre-order items aren’t ready to ship just yet, but purchasing in advance secures your item.
  • Average wait times can vary, but don’t worry—we’ll clearly display the estimated shipping timeframe on the product page so you know what to expect before you check out.
  • You’ll also receive email and SMS updates so you're never left in the dark about when your item is on the way.
  • Ordering a mix of pre-order and in-stock items? Your full order will ship once everything is ready. If you’re in a hurry, we recommend placing separate orders.
